You can really tell your losing weight and getting abs, I did this last year 15 every morning and evening before bed and I had perfect abs of steel by summer (which was only 4 months away!) love uuuut!

The pop up ads sometime interfere with the iPad. I have to turn it off to clear them as the cancel button takes you to another ad. I enjoy the app but the ads are a problem.

This app is really good because you can choose a 5,8, or 10 minute workout! There is two different settings and the app tells you what part or your core you are working with each stretch! I recommend this app very strongly!
