Easy to use with great workouts.
This app keeps me in line with my exercises. Its not too hard, yet I still have to work. Its tightening up my tummy.
Hurts at first. Take a breath dont give up! This will work.

I can fit these workouts in almost any time during my busy day. The moves are simple and safe, quickly easy to learn for newbies; I had a couple personal bests happen delightfully quickly. Id love to see more movement variations added- to keep us motivated!

This is a great simple app to help you get the abs you want.
It would be better if either I could rearrange the sequence of exercises or eliminate some. As it is, youre stuck with your feet in the air for several minutes, and the blood rushes out.
